The Chamber is managed by an employed President/CEO and staff.  However, the direction of the Chamber is in the hands of its Board of Directors.  The Crowley Chamber is guided by a nine member Board of Directors, who are elected by the full voting membership.  Each director is elected to a three year term.  Those terms are rotated in threes.  The Chairman of the Board can also appoint a Chaplain who may serve as an ex-officio member of the Board.
