Leadership EXCEL is an annual leadership development program of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Jeff Davis Business Alliance. The program is designed to prepare emerging leaders to meet the future needs of our community.  Through the exchange of viewpoints and experiences, participants are exposed to the challenges, opportunities, and vital issues affecting Acadia and Jefferson Davis Parishes.

 

The program strives to develop informed, resourceful, civic-minded leaders committed to making our community a better place to live and work.

 

 

The Leadership EXCEL program, which is a joint program of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce and Jeff Davis Business Alliance, was founded in 1994. The program is currently in its 17^th year. Leadership EXCEL is a community-wide leadership program that develops existing and emerging leaders in Acadia and Jeff Davis parish regions.
